| Deposit and Cancellation Policy |
| The deposit is to hold your reservation and to cover damages or expenses you may incur during your stay. Cancellations of less than 30 days prior to your rental date will incur a charge of 50% of the rental fee. Cancellation periods may increase for holidays. The deposit is not part of the rental fee and will be refunded within 10 days after the keys have been returned, and will be reduced by any fees for damages, repairs or telephone charges. |
