This home is in the county in a quiet neighborhood close to all of South Lake Tahoe's attractions. Sierra at Tahoe and Heavenly are both about 10 minutes away as well as the beautiful beaches. Stateline is 15 minutes away and shopping/restaurants and the "Y" are 5 minutes away. The heart of this home is the kitchen. It is large and well equipped with everything you need to prepare a feast. It is open to the dining area and living room. The reverse floor plan features living room with a cozy fireplace, 27" flat screen cable TV/ DVD/ VCR, dining room with table for 8 and bar seating for 4, well stocked kitchen with ample workspace and 2 bedrooms 1 bath upstairs. Downstairs you will find a family room with a wet bar, pellet stove , table for games plus cable TV/VCR along with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and a laundry room with  washer/dryer. No Smoking and No Pets We do not allow smoking or pets due to the sensitivites of some our guests to allergens and odors. Special note: We like to keep our home in excellent condition for our guests and for our own use. If you are planning a vacation which involves wild parties or other activities that may abuse the home, please consider another location more suited for such activities.
